Returns with ELTA are not accepted.

In case you have paid for your order by card or bank account, your refund for the products you return is made directly to these accounts.

In case you have paid for your order by cash on delivery, your money will be refunded to your bank account which you will indicate in writing. In this case, if you incur remittance costs, you will be charged in full.

As long as the return is not the fault of our Company, only the value of the products is refunded, without the shipping costs you charged at the first shipment.
